Privacy Policy

This Policy explains how AgentBell processes information to provide session notifications and mobile permission approvals.

Information we process

We process installation credentials, Apple push tokens, app environment, Claude Code session and project context, notification text, command summaries or tool input, approval decisions, timestamps, service diagnostics, and TestFlight feedback such as the tester email, comment, screenshots, crash log, device and operating-system information.

How we use information

We use information to authenticate devices, deliver notifications and Live Activities, display requests, return decisions to Claude Code, prevent abuse, diagnose failures, and operate the service. TestFlight feedback may be analyzed by an isolated CI agent using a Claude-compatible model and copied to private Gitea engineering issues and pull requests to implement fixes or features.

Storage and retention

Credentials are stored on your devices. Server records are retained only as needed to operate and secure the service. Sensitive tool input is removed from old decisions. You may request deletion.

Sharing and tracking

We do not sell personal information or use it for advertising or cross-app tracking. Required infrastructure and processing providers may include Cloudflare, Apple Push Notification/App Store Connect, private Gitea, Anthropic Claude Code, and a configured Claude-compatible model provider.

Choices, security, and contact

You may disable notifications or Live Activities, remove the hook, unregister a device, stop using the service, or request deletion. Traffic uses HTTPS and authenticated requests. Contact: liyongjun@chessnet.cn.

Children and changes

The service is for software developers and is not directed to children under 13. We may update this Policy and will revise the effective date.
